• Schedule: Monday 7:00 AM EST – Monday 7:00 AM EST (24-hour call)
• End Date/Duration: Ongoing
• Shift: 24-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with weekend call coverage
• Hours/Week: Approximately 56 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract/Locum
• Licensure/Certifications: TN License or IMLC, ACLS, BLS, DEA (TN required)
• Experience: Extensive experience in General GI and ERCP procedures (5+ years preferred)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert GI consultation and care for adult patients, with some patients younger than 18
• Perform all general GI procedures, including ERCP, utilizing Olympus equipment
• Support OR and in-house Endo nurses in a busy endoscopy suite
• Conduct approximately 5-8 procedures daily, with flexible EUS scheduling options
• Support rounding and patient management as needed
• Adhere to documentation protocols using EPIC EMR system
• Communicate effectively during daytime and 24-hour on-call shifts, including phone consults

What You Need:

• Active Tennessee medical license or IMLC eligibility
• Board Certification in Gastroenterology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with general GI and ERCP procedures
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proven proficiency with Olympus equipment and ERCP procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
