Occupational Therapist I

Job Requirements We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist I for a full-time position that is uniquely split between inpatient acute care and outpatient settings. Our outpatient clinics provide personalized 1:1, 40-minute therapy sessions, serving both adult and pediatric patients. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse patient populations and care environments, delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment programs for patients in both inpatient acute care and outpatient settings. Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of adult and pediatric patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans. Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies to enhance daily living skills. Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with best practices in occupational therapy. Qualifications Work Experience Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including adults and children.
