Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1001 Salary Range: $26.00 To $29.00 Hourly Duties Implement individualized treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Assist with behavior assessments and functional behavior assessments Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans as needed Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills Implement behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors Provide support during community outings and social activities Skills and Qualifications Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow directions and implement treatment plans accurately Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team RBT certification with BACB required Active NVABA license required This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
