Verizon Enrollment Associate

We are looking for a motivated and personable Verizon Enrollment Associate to join our team. The Verizon Enrollment Associate will work directly with customers to guide them through the full-cycle sales process, answer product questions, and support the brand loyalty of one or our largest clients, Verizon. As a Verizon Enrollment Associate, you will build relationships with customers to ensure a smooth and supportive enrollment experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys sales and working with a team. Candidates with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities as a Verizon Enrollment Associate: Guide applicants, in-person, through each step of the enrollment process and ensure all requirements are completed for all Verizon Wireless products and services Provide information regarding Verizon Wireless products and services, including their features and benefits Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress Collaborate with other Verizon Enrollment Associate team members to meet sales goals Serve as the main point of contact for customers as a Verizon Enrollment Associate Qualifications as a Verizon Enrollment Associate: Diploma, GED, or equivalent level of education Previous experience as a Verizon Enrollment Associate, or in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role, is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must!
