Member Services Representative

Part-Time Member Service Representative One Credit Union is currently seeking a flexible Part-Time Member Service Representative (20 hours) to join our Essex, VT team. The MSR role is responsible for providing members with a great experience by conducting transactions in an efficient, accurate and member focused manner. Recognizing opportunities to provide solutions from our products and services that will enhance the members financial situation. Qualifications: Entry level or with some experience Positive & caring attitude Dependable Computer skills Team player mindset Eager to learn and grow Personal communication skills Ability to work branch hours (20 hours per week) Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (20 hours per week) Reliable transportation needed Opportunities for advancement 11 paid holidays The Part-Time Member Service Representative reports to the Branch Manager and performs the duties of MSR and Teller. Requirements: Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Wages commensurate with experience and skillsets. One Credit Union
