Lead Brand Designer

About the Job Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving $100M run rate in less then 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to help shape and elevate the Mars Men brand as we enter our next stage of growth. You’ll work across a wide range of creative, from brand identity and campaigns to websites, landing pages, product launches, retail, and digital marketing, bringing a consistently high level of design and creative thinking to everything we put into the world. You’ll work closely with our Creative, Growth, eCommerce, and Partnerships teams to take ideas from concept through execution. This is a role for a highly talented, versatile designer with excellent taste, strong brand instincts, and the ability to move seamlessly between big-picture creative thinking and hands-on design.
