Landscape & Hardscape Laborer

Responsibilities

• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, and landscape materials
• Landscape management including weeding, mulching, mowing and tree trimming
• Assist with grading, excavation, drainage, and site preparation
• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
• Operate hand tools and landscape equipment safely
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces

Qualifications

• Passion for learning and developing new skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Landscaping, hardscaping, or construction experience is a plus, but not required
