We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain accurate inventory movement and records.Ensure efficient inventory management procedures.Responsible for performing regular cycle counts, full inventory audits, and resolving any discrepancies.Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimal loss or shrinkage.Manage inbound and outbound shipments with internal warehouse/ logistics & external customers/vendors.Assist with receiving, labeling, putting away, and distributing inventory and ensure proper product labeling.Promote culture of safety and follow all safety and compliance protocols.Coordinate ongoing training for the team members.Qualifications:Knowledge of culinary terms, procedures, and practices.Flexible and self-motivated with strong leadership skills to manage a team.Ability to interact and communicate with a diverse group of people across multiple departments.Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and general food safety standards knowledge is required.Experienced professional with excellent written and verbal communications skills.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume food service or food manufacturing production with experience or exposure to leadership roles.Bachelor's degree is hospitality, hotel management or any related field preferred.Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.What We Offer:$24.00-$26.00 hourlyDaily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).FT employees are eligible for 401K and medical benefits: medical, dental, and vision.An organization dedicated to fostering innovation; in pursuit of cultivating creativity, embracing new ideas and leveraging our impeccable standard for hospitality.Genuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally.The chance to collaborate and represent a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry by attending world-class events.Diversity & Inclusion StatementDO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
