Job Title Assistant Manager Self Storage (Part-Time) Reports To District Manager FSLA Status Non‑Exempt Position Status Part‑time Location Riverside - Trade Center and Riverside - Blaine, CA Work Schedule 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM (subject to change); availability to work on weekends. Pay Range $18 per hour Travel 50% or more Job Description Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers. Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property. Conduct general property care, cleaning, and maintenance. Perform daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent. Accurately process payments and handle cash. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience. Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Requirements Real ID or Passport required for travel to San Antonio training center. Physical Requirements Transport and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Walk and maneuver around the property, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
