Move Physical Therapy, PC | Concierge Practice | West Los Angeles Move Physical Therapy is a concierge, mobile physical therapy practice serving active individuals across the Westside of Los Angeles. We specialize in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance — helping clients not only recover from injury, but build strength, resilience, and longevity. We are hiring a part-time Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-level, individualized care outside of the traditional clinic model. About the Practice We work primarily in: Pacific Palisades Beverly Hills Sessions take place in client homes. All sessions are 60-90 minutes allowing for true 1:1 care, thoughtful treatment planning, and progressive loading without time pressure. Schedule is built collaboratively. You will have input on the days you work and preferred neighborhoods. We operate as an out-of-network practice , which allows for: Flexible, individualized plans of care Reduced administrative load Streamlined and simplified documentation A focus on clinical reasoning and long-term outcomes Our population includes active professionals, recreational athletes, and individuals invested in long-term health and injury prevention. Compensation & Structure $100-$150 per session Mileage reimbursement provided Travel kit provided Schedule built with your input. Geographic clustering prioritized. What You'll Be Doing Deliver 60–90 minute 1:1 sessions in a concierge setting Blend manual therapy, movement retraining, and progressive strength principles Develop individualized plans that bridge rehab and performance Work with motivated, health-conscious clients Practice with autonomy while supported by a growing, values-driven practice Ideal Candidate You might be a strong fit if you: Have 2–5+ years of clinical experience (strong new grads with a fitness background will be considered) Hold an active California PT license Are comfortable working independently in a mobile model Want flexibility and meaningful patient relationships Are energized by bridging injury rehabilitation with prevention and performance Bonus but not required: Strength & conditioning background Pilates or performance training experience Experience with active adult or return-to-sport populations #J-18808-Ljbffr Move Physical Therapy
