GSI Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a results-oriented Strategic Marketing Manager for NAM who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help accelerate our marketing efforts in one of our fastest growing segments. The Marketing Manager, GSI will be responsible for working with our GSI partners to set our NAM go-to-market strategy, and develop and execute marketing programs to increase awareness and drive demand, in support of our strategic priorities and growth objectives. Responsibilities Develop, refine and implement a quarterly/six month marketing plan aligned to GSI team goals and strategies to include communication and awareness, thought leadership and demand generation. Secure partner commitment on marketing plans. Communicate six month/quarterly plans to GSI leadership via QBRs and other planning sessions. Ensure marketing programs and tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/pipeline forecast. Identify opportunities to leverage GSI relationships to support corporate marketing programs. Lead the creation of joint marketing campaigns for GSIs including content, events, multi-touch demand generation programs and ABM and coordinate with global demand generation teams for execution. Support the development of Joint Thought leadership content with Product Marketing teams. Provide regular marketing updates to key stakeholders via weekly calls and email communications. Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs against GSI pipeline growth targets and focus areas. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Partner Marketing/Global Systems Integrators.

• Strong program management, project management, and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of working across sales and marketing teams and internal/external partner organizations.
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems and make continuous process improvements in a growing organization.
• BA in Marketing or other related field.

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
