We are seeking an experienced and driven Land Project Manager to lead and manage our land division operations. This role is responsible for overseeing land development projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all local regulations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working both in the field and in coordination with office staff, subcontractors, clients and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the land division

Oversee land development projects from acquisition through completion

Coordinate closely with the Office Administrator on permitting, documentation, and regulatory approvals

Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines

Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and vendors

Work hand in hand with Customers to help their visions come to life

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Review site plans, engineering reports, and project specifications

Troubleshoot project challenges and implement effective solutions

Maintain clear communication with ownership and internal teams regarding project status

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in land development, construction management, or related field

Strong knowledge of permitting processes and municipal regulations

Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction documents

Strong communication and leadership skills

Clean and Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Most of our jobs are in Volusia County, Seminole County and Orange County. We do have a office in Edgewater that we do expect you to be at when not on the sites.
