Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a rewarding OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes that promise excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time: Typically, you’ll be out for 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule will run from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. Our base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Employees become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
