Working within a dynamic hospital outpatient setting, you'll be responsible for evaluating and treating a broad spectrum of patients. Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment, full-time patient caseload

• Active PT license, or eligibility for licensure
• Prior hospital or outpatient experience a plus
• Familiarity with developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Strong commitment to professional codes of conduct and standards of care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuing education

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish tailored therapy goals
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and physician directives
• Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients safely and rapidly return to community activities
• Document all care provided, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Educate patients, families, students, and peers
• Participate in safety initiatives, promoting best practices for workplace and patient safety
