Job Description

Advocate Health is seeking a family medicine, geriatrician or internal medicine, who enjoys nursing home care, to grow our geriatric program as a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physician in Oshkosh, WI. This position is part of a stable health care system that is committed to achieving high quality health care.

Position highlights

• Opportunity to do 100% SNFist or have a split practice between outpatient primary care and nursing home rounds. 
• Midlevel provider support to assist with day-to-day care
• Opportunity for medical directorship
• Incoming clinician will primarily be covering three facilities in Oshkosh and two facilities in Fond du Lac on occasion
• Generous student loan forgiveness program plus sign on bonus
• Salary from $276,250 to $276,250
