Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for Registered Occupational Therapists. The therapist will provide virtual assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for clients across diverse conditions and age groups. Daily responsibilities include coordinating rehabilitation goals with referring providers, documenting progress in digital health records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated care programs. The role also involves educating clients and caregivers on functional strategies, adaptive techniques, and home-based activities that align with MantraCare’s AI-supported care pathways. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and functional intervention. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and clinical healthcare practices relevant to chronic and acute conditions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for telehealth sessions, interdisciplinary collaboration, and client education. Candidates should possess experience or interest in Pediatrics, including supporting children and adolescents with developmental or functional needs. Active licensure or registration as an Occupational Therapist in relevant jurisdiction(s), with good professional standing. Comfort with remote work, digital health platforms, and secure electronic documentation. Commitment to evidence-based practice, cultural sensitivity, and inclusive, client-centered care. Prior telehealth or digital healthcare experience is beneficial; experience in chronic disease management or mental health integration is a plus.
