Job Opportunity: PICU Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a skilled PICU Registered Nurse for a contract position located in Boston, MA. This role is set in a high-acuity pediatric environment where you will provide critical care based on the latest evidence, manage ventilators and intravenous drips, and closely observe patients who are in unstable conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate and support families throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Adhere to stringent safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Current and valid RN license.
- Experience in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) setting.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
This position involves working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while providing high-quality patient care.
