Woody Folsom CDJR Vidalia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Vidalia, GA. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs while providing exceptional service throughout the buying process.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate prices and close sales to meet dealership goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
