Primary Responsibilities The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role with responsibilities that include patient vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, and front‑office duties. Administrative Duties Utilize a multi‑line phone system to answer and route calls. Conduct follow‑up calls to discuss patient progress. Refer non‑routine requests to appropriate staff. Maintain a friendly environment and uphold patient service standards. Assist with inventory monitoring of clinical and office supplies. Scan and upload patient documents daily. Train staff on procedures as directed. Participate in clinic marketing efforts. Clinical Duties (varied based on credentials) Obtain vitals, perform EKG, and phlebotomy. Administer IM injections. Prepare lab order forms and obtain results. Assist in patient referrals to other professionals. Document progress notes in the chart/EMR. Conduct follow‑up calls with patients. Perform other clinical duties as required. Requirements Medical Assistant certification. Front‑office experience, including insurance and VOB knowledge. Clinical experience with EKG and phlebotomy.
