Automation Controls Supervisor

Marvin is seeking an Automation Controls Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the design, programming, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation systems in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee PLC, HMI, and motion control systems, ensure equipment reliability, and drive safety, quality, and throughput improvements. You’ll plan and prioritize controls projects, coordinate maintenance support, and partner with engineering, production, and safety teams.
