Chemical Application Technician

Pay Base pay range: $41,600.00/yr - $43,680.00/yr Overview Green Light Lawn Care Inc. is seeking a full-time Chemical Application Technician to join our growing Plant Healthcare Team. This position plays a key role within our Turf and Ornamental division and is ideal for a motivated, career-minded individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality lawn and landscape services. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and interested in developing long-term skills within the green industry. Responsibilities Perform lawn and landscape chemical applications in a safe, efficient, and professional manner Complete daily production routes while maintaining consistent service quality Utilize company app-based technology to accurately document services performed Track and monitor product usage to ensure proper application and optimal results Maintain equipment and vehicles to uphold safety and operational standards Assist in identifying potential improvements to customer landscapes and plant health Job Details Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: 8-hour shifts Day shift Work Location: In person (West Lafayette, IN) Requirements Qualifications Valid and acceptable Indiana Driver's License (must be maintained) RT Pesticide License or the ability to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment One year of landscape, turf, or related industry experience preferred (training provided) Willingness to learn a skilled trade and apply oneself daily Ability to work independently while operating vehicles and application equipment safely Strong communication skills and attention to detail Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on qualifications and experience (starting at $20/hour and up) Year-round employment 401(k) retirement plan after one year of service Individual health insurance allowance Earned paid time off (PTO) Note: This description reflects the current job duties and requirements and is subject to change at the employer’s discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
