Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule Tuesdays: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM; Wednesdays: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by greeting guests, visitors, and staff at the front desk, verifying access as appropriate, and following site‑specific security‑related procedures. Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with visitor management, and help to address unusual situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations by communicating with hotel personnel, first responders, and/or Allied Universal management as needed. Maintain awareness of front desk operations, document security‑related events and/or incidents, and complete required reports in a timely manner. Support emergency response activities, provide directions and information to guests, and help to uphold a professional presence at the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
