CNA Weekend Warrior

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Weekend Warrior Shift: Part-Time, Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12.5-hour shifts) Rate: $19.00/hr. to $22.05/hr. (depending on experience) Sign on bonus up to $3,000 Work two consecutive 12.5 hour weekend shifts and get paid an additional 6 hours!!

Join our compassionate care team! Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Weekend Warrior team! Make a meaningful impact by providing hands-on care and daily support to residents while being part of a team that values kindness, reliability, and exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Provide basic patient care and emotional support under the direction of licensed nursing staff Document vital signs, input/output, and report changes in condition to nurse Help with transfers, positioning, and ambulation using safe techniques and equipment (e.g., gait belts, Hoyer lifts) Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents Support rehabilitation goals by encouraging independence and dignity

Requirements

Valid CNA experience Ability to lift, turn, and transfer residents safely Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred but not required
