Job Description Saint Luke’s Hedrick Medical Center is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to be responsible for the cleanliness of our facility. As a member of the Environmental Services Department, you will be instrumental in fighting hospital infection and providing care to patients. Shift Details 40 hours per week Shift starts as early as 6:00 AM and may end as late as 10:30 PM Some weekend work required Responsibilities Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, floors, and offices Remove trash, wipe surfaces, and perform related cleaning tasks Handle own trash/linen/bio removal and lift up to 50 lbs Qualifications Less than 1 year of experience or equivalent Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Willingness to work independently with minimal guidance Flexibility and ability to work without difficulty during shifts Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions Ability to remain on feet all day and work as a team player Benefits Minimum starting rate of $17.50 per hour Evening and weekend shift differential Health, vision, and dental coverage Leave of absence, paid time off, and various welfare plans Flexible and health savings accounts Tuition and education reimbursement Voluntary benefits and retirement options Equal Opportunity Employer Saint Luke’s Health System is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Saint Luke's Health System
