Morning Dining Room Busser

As a Morning Dining Room Busser , you play a vital role in supporting our servers and ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming. You will contribute to a seamless breakfast service by maintaining table cleanliness, restocking supplies, and providing prompt, courteous assistance to both guests and team members.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare dining areas for breakfast service, including setting tables and stocking supplies.
• Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant floor, chairs, condiment stations, and service areas.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages as needed.
• Ensure adequate stock of silverware, glassware, and dishware throughout the shift.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate special needs or requests to the server or manager.
• Follow standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest service at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
