All other duties as assigned. Craft Your Career With Us If You Have A results‑oriented selling record with at least one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, rooted in care. The ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and work eligibility. A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred; hours typically up to 12 in base weeks, increasing to 21 in peak weeks (not to exceed 30).
