Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. This position requires a proactive and skilled nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Shift Length: 12 hours (Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM)
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
• Conduct emergency procedures and respond to critical situations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Department experience.
• Completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly preferred.
• Must possess a valid Massachusetts RN License.
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Experience with Meditech Expanse is strongly preferred.
• Must have a personal vehicle for transportation if required.

Additional Information

All requested time off must be noted during the application process, with a limit of no more than 5 days. Candidates may be required to work on select holidays. It is essential for travelers to have an active voicemail setup for communication purposes.
