Locations VIKING - TX, Viking Engineering, 13501 Katy Fwy, Suite # 3300, Houston, TX 77079, USA Technical Services Full-Time Requisition #: ENGIN001602 Description Job Summary: Utilize expertise in process control and process safety to ensure operations are safer and more efficient. Machine learning and data analytics expertise is employed in developing tools to optimize operations to increase revenue. Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Initial Start-up Procedures for topsides and subsea systems. Develop tools for corrosion rate calculations for topside systems. Perform HAZOPs and risk assessment for topsides and subsea systems. Develop allocation and metering packages for topside facilities that use all process data available together with traditional statistical tools to provide a more accurate metering for wells. Communicate results and deliverables effectively through presentations and technical reports. Experience & Education: Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Qualifications Machine learning and data analytics expertise, process control and process safety knowledge, ability to develop SOPs, HAZOPs, risk assessments, allocation and metering packages, and deliver clear presentations and reports.
