As A Crew Leader You Will:

• Lead team to success by exemplifying the excellent customer service and the values of Club Car Wash
• Train and support team members at varying experience levels
• Exceed service expectations and performance standards

• Display a fresh and professional appearance at all times

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• A strong work ethic and team player mindset
• Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
