We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and customer-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate is comfortable consulting, compounding, starting IVs, educating patients, and delivering a premium wellness experience. Unlike a traditional hospital setting, this role blends hands-on clinical excellence with team leadership, client education, and front desk support — all in a calm, upbeat, spa-like environment. If you are a licensed California RN with IV therapy experience who leads with energy, brings joy to your team, and genuinely loves working with people, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently mix and prepare IV nutrient formulas and hydrating fluids per physician-approved protocols prior to administrationAdminister and oversee IV nutrition and hydration therapies, ensuring safe, high-quality care from start to finishPerform comprehensive client assessments, start peripheral IVs, monitor active treatments, and manage post-infusion follow-upInspect IV insertion sites, change dressings, adjust IV flow rates, and remove peripheral IV catheters as neededIdentify contraindications to IV therapy for each client prior to treatment initiationAssess each client's physical health including vital signs, physical assessment, and mental statusMonitor client response to treatment throughout the session and post-infusionCommunicate any adverse reactions or clinical concerns promptly to the Medical DirectorManage and prevent infections through strict adherence to sterile technique and clinic infection control protocolsLead, train, and mentor LVN, nursing support, and clinical technician staffConduct regular coaching, goal-setting, and professional development conversations with team membersSupport training and certification of staff for nutrition infusion therapies and clinic protocolsSupport specimen collection and handling for on-site wellness testing panels, per your certification and clinic protocolsEducate clients on IV Nutrition's full service menu — IV drips, injections, blood testing — including benefits and which options best match their wellness goalsConduct clinic tours and present membership and service packages to new and returning clientsManage the full appointment calendar: booking, confirming, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-up outreachAnswer all calls, texts, and voicemails promptly and professionallyProcess payments, settle accounts, and manage the cash drawer accuratelyQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CaliforniaMinimum of five (5) year of nursing experience in a clinical setting with IV therapy experience requiredVascular access or infusion experience strongly preferredExcellent IV catheter placement skills with a high first-attempt success rateExperience in a med spa, infusion clinic, concierge wellness center, or outpatient setting is a strong plusWe Train You — You Bring the EnergyNo IV therapy experience?
