This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and who partners closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategy, drive organizational performance, and enhance employee experience. This is a fully onsite position based in Everett, WA supporting manufacturing operations across shifts.Why This Role MattersAs a strategic HR Business Partner, you will influence critical business outcomes by aligning HR strategies with operational goals, advising leaders on workforce planning and change, and serving as a visible HR leader on the manufacturing floor.
