Job Summary Adira Nursing and Rehab, a leader in patient-centered care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Saginaw, Michigan. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the communication and swallowing abilities of our patients, providing life-changing care and support to those in need. We are looking for Part‑time 2-5 days per week, can be very flexible for the right candidate. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of diagnoses, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and neurological disorders Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans Requirements Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Current certification in Speech Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) or eligibility for certification Michigan state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist About Adira Nursing and Rehab At Adira Nursing and Rehab, we are dedicated to redefining the meaning of patient-centered care.
