Laminate Technologies is a 100% employee-owned manufacturing company seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Gallatin, TN location.

This is a fast-paced role supporting business-to-business customers and coordinating with Sales, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Candidates should reside within commuting distance of Gallatin; TN. Relocation assistance is not available.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers
• Monitor inventory, production schedules, and delivery commitments
• Communicate order status, delays, and customer concerns
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
• Research and resolve customer complaints and order discrepancies
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and product information
• Support quoting, samples, and customer requests
• Track open orders and delivery performance
• Provide backup support for other office functions as needed

Requirements:

  What We're Looking ForRequired:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service, order management, account coordination, or inside sales support experience
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, or B2B customer service experience
• ERP/MRP system experience
• Experience supporting customer accounts and order fulfillment processes
