To learn more about us, visit Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in keeping our communities warm and safe. You will manage customer accounts, create delivery and service tickets, resolve inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor. The ideal candidate is patient, customer focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong data entry skills, and is comfortable following strict processes and safety protocols. This is a full-time position located in Rochester, MN and will include Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Responsibilities Manage Inbound/Outbound customer calls on multiline phone system Process payments, adjustments, corrections, and deposits Process delivery and product service orders, and invoices Update customer account information accurately Troubleshoot and resolve customer billing questions in person, phone, and email Provide comprehensive support to customers Work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams in person and virtually Handle seasonally high-volume workload with time sensitive tasks Other administrative duties as assigned Benefits Starting wage $$24.00- $29.00 /hour depending on experience.
