Healthcare Recruiter

WhiteCap is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to connect top healthcare talent with leading facilities, build strong candidate pipelines, and grow their career within a collaborative, high-performance environment. You'll work closely with account managers and leadership to identify, attract, and place healthcare professionals across a variety of roles. This is an opportunity to manage the full recruitment cycle, support an established client base, and contribute to the success of a rapidly scaling healthcare perm division.


Compensation : $58000 - $80000

Job Function:

• Leverage innovative sourcing strategies through platforms like our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed , and niche healthcare job boards.
• Build a pipeline of top nursing, provider, and allied healthcare talent.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide ongoing support and career coaching to candidates, from application to placement.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, payroll, compliance, and marketing, to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and assignment onboarding.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in agency recruitment, sales, or account management, ideally with a healthcare focus.
• Familiarity with nursing, provider, or allied healthcare staffing.
• Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems for recruitment and candidate management.
