Schedule & Hours:

• Night shift: 1800-0630
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Weekend and call: As required by facility
• Must be available for day shift orientation during the first week

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required
• Active BLS and ACLS (AHA only), NRP, PALS certifications
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Proficiency with adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients a must
• Critical care experience preferred
• Ability to float between units as needed
• Flu vaccination (or Mercy approved exemption) required during Nov 1-April 1

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care per physician orders
• Serve as an advanced resource for respiratory consultation within the team
• Provide effective therapy and actively communicate with physicians on patient progress
• Maintain high standards of professional attire (black scrubs required)
