As an Administrative Assistant, you will take charge of billing, accounts receivable and human resource functions. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Watertown by balancing resident accounts, creating and collecting resident billing statements, assist residents complete medical assistance applications, and distributing resident cash allowances. Position also includes day-to-day operations for employees, such as processing payroll, assisting with employee benefits program, employee onboarding and general administrative support to maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Our staff and residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

 

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in an Accounting role. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related filed and prior Business Office Manager experience are preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
