HR/UKG Systems Analyst

A growing organization is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance its HR technology environment, with a primary focus on UKG Pro and related tools. This role is responsible for system maintenance, upgrades, reporting, and process improvements to support efficient HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for UKG Pro and integrated HR systems Configure, test, and implement system updates and enhancements Develop and maintain HR reports and data analyses Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience supporting UKG or similar HR systems Strong understanding of HR processes and data/reporting tools Advanced Excel and analytical skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and professionalism #J-18808-Ljbffr Frazer Jones
