Marketing Solutions Intern

Work alongside experienced consultants to help clients solve marketing and customer experience challenges through strategy, data, technology, and creativity Conduct research and analysis to understand customer, market, and business challenges Support development of marketing, customer experience, and growth strategies Gather and synthesize insights from data, customer feedback, and stakeholder discussions Develop presentations, recommendations, and client-facing deliverables Assist with campaign planning, customer journey design, and audience segmentation Support workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with project teams and stakeholders Evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions driving measurable business outcomes Learn from experienced consultants and incorporate feedback Contribute to projects involving marketing strategy and transformation, customer experience, brand and go-to-market strategy, analytics, personalization, digital marketing, AI-enabled marketing, customer insights, and market research Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Psychology, Economics, Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field Demonstrated academic achievement Leadership experience through student organizations, coursework, work experience, athletics, or community involvement Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to analyze information and draw meaningful conclusions Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location for the duration of the internship, if applicable Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Curiosity about customers, markets, business strategy, and technology Ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations Comfort working in dynamic and ambiguous environments Initiative, accountability, and attention to detail Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Interest in marketing, customer experience, business strategy, data, or consulting Growth mindset and eagerness to learn Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop marketing and customer experience strategies, leveraging data and insights to drive business outcomes.
