Pest Control Technician

Job Overview Location: Covington, KY (zip code 45246-1145). Job Family: Service Professional. This full‑time Pest Control Technician position is located on the road in the Covington, KY area. The role reports to the West Chester, OH office once per week. We are looking for a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented, and creative team player who enjoys both collaborative and independent work. Salary & Compensation $18.25 – $20.25 per hour. Uncapped bonuses, annual incentive trip, and a company iPhone are included. Benefits Ability to make overtime Company vehicle provided (can be taken home nightly) Company gas card Paid training Group Health, Dental, and Vision plans Pet insurance, Life insurance, and EAP benefits 401(k) with employer match up to 4% Paid holidays and paid time off Opportunity for advancement Upbeat company culture and more Responsibilities Run a daily route, resolving customer pest concerns and issues Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order Keep accurate records of treatments provided Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws Serve as a subject‑matter expert, implementing the most efficient pest solution for each customer Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures Advise customers of potential problems Inform management of any problems encountered on service routes Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use Carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs Qualifications No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided Valid US driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of use Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years) Drug test and background check required for all new hires Work Schedule Includes every other Saturday.
