Every day brings a new site, a new challenge, and a new chance to put your skills to work.Daily Responsibilities:Operate heavy machinery safely and confidentlyDig trenches, backfill excavations, and grade to specTransport, load, and unload materials and equipmentFollow on-site safety procedures to the letterSecure loads properly for transportStay sharp on DOT regulationsRun daily pre-trip inspections and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA)Roll up your sleeves and hand-dig when machinery can't reachWhat We're Looking For:A go-anywhere mindset — travel across multiple states is part of the job, and part of the funValid CDL Class A is a plus (not required — but if you've got it, you'll earn premium pay for it)Solid experience operating heavy equipmentClean driving record (2 tickets or fewer in the last 5 years)A sharp eye for safety and qualityStrong time management skillsA hands-on attitude — willing to do what it takes to get the job done rightLife on the Job:This full-time, hourly role (40+ hours/week) puts you outdoors and in the middle of real work — rain or shine, hot or cold. One day you're in open country, the next you're navigating an active worksite in town. It's physical, it's real, and it's never boring.
