Warehouse EmployeeAs a warehouse employee, you'll accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery - playing a key role in keeping shelves stocked and meeting customer demand. Ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, physical work.Competitive pay with scheduled increases every 6 monthsPart-time earning potential up to $23.00/hour after 4 years on the jobOpportunities for career growth throughout the Wegmans organizationBuild and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe deliverySafely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect)Effectively communicate with management and the teamWork within our warehouse environment where temperatures range from -20'F in Frozen, to 105'F in GroceryLift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequentlyComprehensive safety training for new employees, delivered by dedicated professional trainersOn-going, continuous safety training throughout the yearPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) and/or cold weather gear provided at no cost
