Duration: 11/02/2026-01/30/2027
Shift: 7:00 PM-7:30 AM
Schedule: 36 hrs/week, 3x12; every other weekend; 3 of 6 holidays; no on-call; no floating
Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr. Requirements Required Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of Mother Baby experience
- Mother Baby couplet care
- 2+ years listed in schedule notes; source is inconsistent with the 3+ years required experience above
- ASN
- BSN
- NJ State Professional RN License or Multistate Compact License
- BLS - AHA
- NRP
- AWHONN Advanced or C-EFM required for all HMH facilities except JSUMC
- Mother Baby Nursing, Patient Assessment, Care Planning, Therapeutic Nursing Interventions, Care Management
- Patient-Centric Care, Mother Baby Couplet Care, Clinical Documentation, Evidence-Based Practice Advocacy
- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
- Plan, implement and document nursing care based on patient needs.
- Assess patient needs and determine priorities through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
- Develop, implement and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage assigned patient care.
- Document care according to standards of care, patient acuity and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based nursing practices and innovations in care delivery.
- Provide patient-centered care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
