Prepare month-end journal entries. Analyze financial data to assess accuracy and completeness. Generate and interpret financial reports for management. Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items. Review financial results and investigate variances to forecast. Assist in annual budget, strategic plan, and rolling forecast preparation Key Performance Measures: Timeliness Attention to detail and accuracy of data input Problem solving ability Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business with accounting or finance major or equivalent experience Experience: Entry level; 0-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Must be analytical and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
