Dental Receptionist Location: Philadelphia, PA 19112 We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist for a full-time position in our Philadelphia, PA office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our dental practice. This position involves coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and providing outstanding customer service while supporting our dental team with daily administrative operations. We utilize advanced technology, including Dentrix and Eagle Soft, to enhance our patient experience and streamline our operations. Responsibilities Coordinate patient appointments and manage the scheduling system. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries. Handle insurance and billing tasks efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Support the dental team with daily administrative tasks. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Entry-level position; no prior experience necessary. Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Schedule This position requires availability Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Compensation Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $23, based on experience and qualifications.
