What You'll Do

As a Host/Hostess at Three Cats, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assisting with waitlists and ensuring guests are comfortable during their wait.
• Communicating effectively with servers and other team members to maintain an exceptional dining experience.
• Keeping the front-of-house area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Performing light lifting and walking to support the needs of the team and guests.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role:

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and handle lots of walking.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• No prior experience is required-just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
