• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
• Keep in touch with leads to nurture their interest and accompany them on their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and secured hires from your leads
