Your role will involve engaging with customers, driving new enrollments, and helping customers find the right energy solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers Help customers lower energy costs in your community Learn to identify needs and handle objections Build strong relationships with customers and teammates Work together to hit goals and celebrate wins Qualifications Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (able to read, write, and speak Spanish) Strong experience in retail, event sales, or event marketing Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, set‑up, and teardown of events Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Earn $1,000–$1,350 per week on average with base pay & uncapped commission Commission-based pay with a $16.00 per hour guarantee Next‑day pay via Daily Pay Career advancement through internal promotions Health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match 2020 Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
