Process Technician

What you'll be doing Able to start up machines to a standard process with documentation and meet key process deliverables. Inspect molds and machines for wear, damage, or defects and do basic troubleshooting before reporting issues to maintenance or tooling departments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of production environment and support daily team maintenance tasks to ensure that molds and machines run to the best of their ability for their entire life cycle. Collaborate with maintenance groups, material handling, inspector packers and quality control to ensure product specifications are met and equipment is performing as intended. responsible foraccurateand thorough documentation and data communication to leverage learnings and success across shifts and to other departments. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. We would love to hear from you if: RJG, Paulson, or other formal injection molding training is a plus, hands on plastic processing experience is a must. Able to set up molds and understand material handling practices and equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and capable of learning different aspects of functions of hydraulic or electrical circuits, tool design, and robot logic programming. Ability to read technical drawings and setup sheets. Familiarity with overhead cranes, forklifts, and other mold handling equipment is helpful but not necessary. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50lbs or more with assistance). Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
