Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and timely diagnoses of patients’ mental health conditions using recognized frameworks such as the DSM-5, ensuring that treatment plans reflect cultural considerations and individual patient needs. \n
- Continually monitor patient progress and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to support their mental health journey, reviewing effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment records using current electronic health record systems, adhering to regulatory and departmental guidelines to ensure compliance and organizational integrity. \n
- Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment plans that align with both the patients' goals and clinical best practices. \n
- Coordinate referrals and establish collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals to facilitate a seamless continuum of care for patients. \n
- Provide supervision and mentorship to students and junior clinicians, contributing to their professional development and promoting best practices within the field. \n
